Cree (Nasdaq: CREE), based in said it earned $10.7 million, or 12 centsd per diluted share, in the quarter ended Dec. 28, 2008. A year the company earned $6.6 million, or 8 centsw per share. In the fiscalo third quarter, Cree it expects revenue between $128 millionb and $135 million on earnings of 2 to 5 centz perdiluted share.
